Iran Construction and Housing Builders Company, as an economic group active in the field of urban development and construction industry, by creating process-oriented thinking, a big step towards improving the quality of its services, employers' satisfaction, improving environmental performance, safety, professional hygiene and has taken the health of the employees, for this purpose it has implemented the integrated management system (IMS) at the company level and considers itself bound and committed to the following principles:

- Maintaining and improving the quality of the offered products according to the needs and demands of the employers and the needs of the market.
- Development of quality culture and expansion of organizational values.
- Targeted and practical training of employees for continuous improvement of all company processes and activities and promotion of teamwork.

In order to achieve the above principles, this company has implemented the integrated management system (IMS) in accordance with the standards of quality management system ISO9001-2008, environmental system ISO14001-2004 and occupational health and safety management system OHSAS18001-2007 at all levels. and is constantly committed to the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the system. Also, at the beginning of each year, the company sets quality, safety, health and environmental goals in line with this policy, and by reviewing through monitoring, measuring and analyzing the level of achievement of the defined quality, safety, health and environmental goals look into it.
